Novia 2.7m Building Wrap Wall Breather

Product Overview

Novia® Building Wrap Breather Membrane is an entry level 2.7m x 100m wall breather membrane. The product is a lightweight breather membrane designed for use in all insulated wall applications. Novia® Building Wrap is a Class W2 water resistant membrane, which meets EN 13859-2 for walls and also has a high air and vapour breathability. It also complies with EN 13501-1 fire classification grade E. The product is completely black on both sides, with no text or images, except for a 150mm overlap line. Available in other colours subject to MOQ and additional lead times. 

Novia® Building Wrap meets the requirements for UKCA marking, originally introduced under the 2013 Construction Products Regulations with CE marking. Under this European directive, all products covered by a current hEN (harmonised European Norm) must comply with the new standard. Third party accreditation is no longer sufficient. This has been adapted to UKCA following the UK departure from the EU.

For high specification wall breather applications we offer Novia® Black+ Construction Wrap. It is a 2.7m x 100m, tri-laminate wall breather, which has excellent Class W1 water resistance but still provides high breathability.
